All orders are shipped F.O.B. from our plant unless otherwise stated. All freight charges will be added to the invoice. Most available items can be shipped the same day the order is placed prior to 12:00PM CST. Merchandising Inventives, Inc. will not be held responsible for any delivery delays due to causes beyond our control, once an order has left our plant.

All orders should be inspected upon arrival, for any damage or shortages. In all cases, the purchaser assumes all risk of loss or damage to the products in transit, and will be responsible for filing any claims with the carrier. In the event that there is any damage to the shipment, please notify the carrier immediately, and mark the bill of lading "Damaged."

All shipments that exceed 4 destinations will incur a $5 charge per location of shipment.

Payment terms are net 30 days, upon approval of credit. To establish credit provide us with the following information: 1 bank reference and 3 current suppliers being sold to. Please allow 24 hours for processing this information and verifying credit.

Other forms of payment are company check, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express), C.O.D. and wire transfer. All international orders require prepayment via credit card or wire transfer. All orders must include a hard copy of a purchase order from the customer.

When placing credit card orders, two charges will be applied to your credit card per order. The first charge which is applied at the time of the order, represents the purchase of the product only. The second charge, which is applied at the time of the order shipment, represents the actual shipping & handling charges of the order.

In the event that there is a problem with your order, please contact our CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT immediately. Cancellations and returns are handled on a per case basis. Standard catalog items are returnable within 30 days of receiving the shipment, however, returns or refunds will not be accepted on any custom, non-stock or production runs.

A return goods authorization number must be obtained prior to returning any merchandise. The returned merchandise should be in the original unopened cartons and must be clearly marked with the return authorization number. Credits will not be issued for any unauthorized returns.

A restocking fee of 25% of the total merchandise will be applied to all returns. The customer is responsible for all freight charges incurred from the original order and return shipment. Merchandising Inventives, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any return.

Merchandising Inventives, Inc. accepts any size order for all products, granted you purchase the minimum order quantity specified for that item.

The minimum order amount for all orders is $50.00 and must be prepaid by either a credit card or C.O.D. (cash on delivery by certified check or money order; company check with pre-authorization), unless you have already established net 30-day payment terms. Small orders with international destinations will incur a $18 processing fee.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on orders under $100.00.

We offer free samples on most of the items listed in our catalog, however, we have the right to charge when necessary. All free sample orders are shipped USPS. Any freight charges incurred from express shipments will be paid by the recipient.

We offer special packaging & poly-bagging for similar sized & shaped items into any of the following sized bags. Please call for lead times & additional packaging information. Custom bagging of larger sized items and labeling available upon request for an additional charge.

Merchandising Inventives, Inc. works very hard to assure that the information in our catalog is correct; however, it is possible that errors may occur. MII is not liable for misprints or other errors in this catalog.

In addition, MII reserves the right to change pricing, minimum order requirements and substitute similar sized and styled products when product availability warrants it without prior notice. All retail merchandise and Merchandise and signage shown with MII products is for demonstration purposes only, no endorsement is implied.

Camera ready or digital art should be supplied in Adobe Illustrator, Aldus Freehand, Adobe Photoshop or QuarkXpress in EPS or TIFF formats at at least 300 dpi. We accept Macintosh and PC files on floppy, zip, Jaz disks, CD ROM, or even through this site. Fonts must be converted to outlines or be included. Art charges will be billed at $ 80.00 per hour.

Many of the MII & MIP products are available in made to order styles. These custom jobs are subject to a minimum order requirement. Please call us for your custom requirements.
